To enhance Maybank's Rent-to-Own (RTO) system. This enhancement is aimed at increasing operational efficiency and flexibility in processing RTO applications. Notably, the system to be able to support multiple entry points for applications—allowing mortgage consultants and developer agents to apply on behalf of customers, in addition to the previous direct customer applications. Key features of the upgrade include the integration of an RTO Exposure Limit, improved property upload and listing processes, and more detailed cost and incidental cost management at both the project and sub-category levels. These enhancements are designed to streamline the customer journey, support better project and credit assessments, and improve backend financial processing, including the handling of payment and execution processes. The goal is to provide a more user-friendly, flexible system that can handle a variety of property-related transactions efficiently.
This project involves the implementation of the Digital SME Loan system for Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (ABMB). It aims to automate the application and financing management process, improving efficiency by integrating systems such as the DSME e-Form, the Alliance Origination System (AOS), and the Bank Statement Analyser (BSA). The goal is to streamline the entire loan origination process, from submission to approval, through Straight-Through Processing (STP), ensuring faster approval decisions and reducing manual interventions. The system is designed to support business growth by reducing turn-around times, paper usage, and the need for extensive training. It incorporates automated checks, document uploads, and integration with third-party solutions to enhance the overall customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
This project is focused on developing a customer onboarding system for Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad (BIMB) through the JURIS Access Non-Retail (JACCESS) platform. The system aims to streamline the financing application and management process, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). It is designed to automate various stages of customer onboarding, including application submission, eligibility checks, and eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) verification. The project seeks to reduce manual workflows, improve system efficiency, and minimize the use of paper. It also integrates with third-party solutions for data exchange, improving overall user experience and operational efficiency. It includes features like a user-friendly portal, secure OTP verification, and document upload capabilities. Customers will be able to easily apply for loans, track their applications, and receive approvals or rejections in an efficient manner. The system also provides a seamless way to manage loan accounts, including the ability to apply for top-up loans. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce paper usage, and improve user experience through a robust, scalable platform that integrates with third-party services for greater functionality.
